It was really nice. The lady’s at the front desk were helpful polite and generous when I said I was nervous about my survey. After reaching the back office my pre op lady was very kind and gentle with applying medical devices before surgery. Even dr Parker was very good and polite before going under anesthesia. I kept getting the giggles with the gas applied and even with a fluctuating heart rate they continued to check on my. The procedure was quick and over within 30 mins and I will say Dr Parker did a great job. I am very impressed by the whole operation and on day 2 now feel less pain, swelling and uncomfortable. I’m very thankful, the staff was well educated, confident, and efficient in the whole process.

Dr. McElroy and her team are AWESOME . Literally everyone you speak with whether up front, in billing , the assistants - very kind and professional. My daughter had oral surgery here and I also just had a procedure and both times - very smooth , flawless experience. Highly recommended! Thank you for taking such good care of us both!
