The receptionist for Dr. Biggerstaff is the rudest woman I've ever talked to. I was told by another dentist of this practice and called to set up an appointment and she was so combative and snarky. She was so stuck on trying to be a smart allic that she ended the call and called me back because she forgot to get my information. If ppl like this work there no thanks. Customer service is not for everyone and for this receptionist, she really needs more training. Never felt so disrespected.
