Dr Biggerstaff has always explained her treatment plan, listened to concerns & questions & has eased my anxiety. Advanced Oral & Facial Surgery of the Triad is amazing! From the consultation to the day of surgery. They made me and my daughter feel so welcomed. They answered all questions and were very thorough with the whole process. My daughter had all four wisdom teeth removed and the surgery went very quick. We were in and out in about an hour. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. Highly recommend!!!!

I recently had some work done by Dr. Parker and I wish I could put more than 5 stars for this review. I was going for a triple extraction in which I was kinda nervous about. When it was time for my surgery to begin I was no longer nervous and before you know it the surgery was complete and I didn’t feel a thing! Dr. Parker is now the ONLY person I will go to if I need any other oral surgical procedures in the future!

Dr.Parker and his team is absolutely amazing, they all are super nice and do their very best to keep you comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Dr.parker to anyone and everyone. I was a nervous mom of a 14 year old boy who unfortunately had to have all 4 wisdom teeth cut out, unfortunately there was one of his wisdom teeth that was very large and in a difficult place to get to, so we was told, that if he could not remove the tooth the standard way,that he may have to loose the 2nd molar because of how hard it is going to be to get to the tooth and be able to remove it safely. So, today was the day, we get there and i check him in, as we wait im nervous ,mainly over the thought of my son may have to loose his 2nd molar, and the fact I lost his pill he was supposed to have taken to relax him. They call him back and the Dr. comes in and pretty much was just wanting to take out the 3 wisdom teeth and leave the very large one in , due to the fact it wasn't hurting him and the fact he may have to take his 2nd molar out. I really was wanting all 4 of them out , I didn't want to have to cause hiM pain later on for just one tooth, so I told Dr.Parker to only take it out if he could do it standard, or if it had to come out because of being bad ,and the only way was to remove it ,was to take the 2nd molar out ,then go ahead and proceed with taking it out. I prayed and had others praying and also I had the faith by the grace of God Dr.parker could do this. My husband and I waited in the family room for what seemed like forever, then here comes Dr.Parker with the best news, he removed all 4 teeth without having to remove the 2nd molar and my son did great!! Well, praise be to God and the Hands down best Surgeon Mr, Dr.Parker , my son had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with no complications and never had to loose his second molar.. DR.PARKER IS SIMPLY AMAZING!! HE IS KIND, AND HE CARES THAT'S THE MAIN THING IS, "HE CARES!!" HE TOOK THE TIME TO REMOVE MY SONS LARGE WISDOM TOOTH ,SO HE COULD SAVE HIS 2ND MOLAR.. HE CARES ABOUT TAKING THE TIME TO CARE FOR HIS PATIENCE, AND DO IT RIGHT , THEN TO RUSH TO GET ANOTHER IN.. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR.PARKER AND HIS AMAZING CREW, FOR THE GREAT CARE YOU GAVE TO MY SON ,WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL..
