This was my second time having oral surgery with Dr. Biggerstaff, and both times were such smooth experiences. The staff before surgery were amazing—super kind and caring. They brought me a blanket, made sure I was comfortable, and talked me through everything. The front desk team was great too—really professional and so helpful with my insurance. They made sure I understood what was covered and kept me in the loop the whole time. I also got a few check-in calls before surgery, which made me feel really prepared. Dr. Biggerstaff does fantastic work. I didn’t have any issues at all after my wisdom teeth removal last time, and I don’t expect any this time either. Hopefully I won’t need more oral surgery in the future, but if I do, this is definitely where I’ll go!

Dakoda was great; she deserves 5 stars. Theresa never knew who I was, asked me the same question on three different occasions, and fantasized about conversations we never had. when I decided I wasn't going with them anymore, I was due a refund. I had always paid out of pocket, so no insurance to deal with, so no reason for overbilling. The refund came from what looked like a private equity group that owns many offices that didn't include Theresa on their doctor list. Do not waste your money there.

Dr Biggerstaff has always explained her treatment plan, listened to concerns & questions & has eased my anxiety. Advanced Oral & Facial Surgery of the Triad is amazing! From the consultation to the day of surgery. They made me and my daughter feel so welcomed. They answered all questions and were very thorough with the whole process. My daughter had all four wisdom teeth removed and the surgery went very quick. We were in and out in about an hour. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. Highly recommend!!!!
