Went to this office for wisdom teeth removal. I had three friends who got the same procedure done with Dr. Biggerstaff and had nothing but great things to say. From the start of the process with the consultation they were extremely informative and took the time to sit with you, explain the procedure, make sure you’re comfortable and not rush the appointment. The day of the surgery they went over everything they were doing to prepare so you weren’t clueless what’s going on around you which was nice. Fast forward a couple weeks I had my gums swell where my bottom wisdom teeth were removed (found out it was unrelated) and they got me in the same day to take a look and got me on a treatment mouth wash. Had me come back in two weeks for a follow up. They could have sent me back to my regular dentist, but decided to still see me twice after my surgery even when they knew it wasn’t directly related to the surgery. They genuinely care about their patients even if they are temporary like I was. I’ll always recommend Dr. Biggerstaff she was amazing throughout the whole process!
