Dr Biggerstaff and her amazing staff are all awesome . This is always a challenge with my son with oral surgery And his POTTS which is very hard . They manage the impossible this time since they have been doing his surgeries and got him to go to sleep . They took great care of him and he was so happy he was hugging them all and high fives 🙌 them many times ! I think we have a few more surgeries and glad this staff is doing his care for them ! Thanks

Dr. Biggerstaff and all the staff at Advance Oral & Facial Surgery of the Triad were very friendly, and helpful in understanding the full process of the procedure that my daughter was having. They also helped with taking care of insurance process which was a very big deal that I did not have to worry about. My daughter was in great hands and they took really good care of her.
