The wait for the consultation was excessive (lots of folks in the waiting room til after hours) but the overall experience was great. We were able to reschedule our surgery appointment with no problem and the surgery was prompt and quick. We were pleased to receive a follow up call the day of and also a few days later to confirm recovery progress. We were very happy with our experience.
